2024 Valley Ball Hockey Registration Form

• If at any time the season is canceled, a $20.00 administration fee will be held back from all registrations to assist with ongoing costs. (Click to read Refund Policy)
• At the start of the season, a $150 jersey deposit will be required before your child will be given a jersey. This is required by cheque. Please plan ahead to have a cheque ready for the start of the season.
• Early Bird Deadline is Dec 31st (Fees go up Jan 1, 2024)
• Registration will be open until Feb 4th 2024
• Registration closes for any returning players Feb. 11th 2024

If you are registering 3 siblings -  Please contact the Registrar (registrar@vbha.com) by email prior to registering. This will enable you to receive a 10% discount at the time of registration.

If you are registering with Kidsport or Jumpstart - Please contact the Registrar (registrar@vbha.com) by email prior to registering for a coupon code. Please make sure you receive a confirmation email once you have registered! Please save a copy of the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please let our Registrar know (registrar@vbha.com).

New Players to VBHA: Once you have completed your registration, you will have to log in and upload your birth certificate.
