Equipment
ALL equipment is mandatory for ALL divisions and ALL associations as ruled by BCBHA for the current season. Please be advised shoulder pads are NOT permitted. Equipment regulations are in place to ensure proper insurance for your child. If your son or daughter is injured without proper equipment, insurance coverage is affected. This is an important issue both for you and the Association, so please ensure your child is fully equipped.
Equipment descriptions:
CSA-approved helmet with full face shield
Hockey gloves
Elbow pads (soft, volleyball style)
Protective cup
Knee pads (soft, volleyball style)
Soccer Shin pads (D Gels acceptable)
Soccer-style socks that cover the shin pad
Non-marking running shoes
Hockey stick - composite or wood (no plastic blades)
