Scholarships will be awarded to registered members of VBHA who apply and who best combine the qualifications set hereunder. The selections committee will determine the number and the amount of the scholarships each year.

6 possible scholarships to the value of $500 for 2023 eligible candidates
 
Eligibility
 
To be eligible to receive a scholarship, a candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Be a registered Grade 12 student at a BC Secondary School
• Have future plans to attend a designated post-secondary institution
• Be registered for three (3) years within the VBHA in any capacity
• Have registered with VBHA during his/her application season
• Be active in both school and community

Qualifications:

• Academic achievements
• School, community participation and service
• Ball Hockey participation 

How to Apply – Applicants should complete the VBHA Scholarship Application Form
                                   
The following additions must accompany the application:  

• Letter from applicant’s league or association president / vice president
• Letter from applicant’s school Principal or Counselor
• Copy of most recent school report card
• Copy of your transcript of high school grades

Deadline for Submission – Application forms and supporting documentation must be received at the VBHA Office no than  June 4th 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.
