Supporting your team by becoming a Team Manager helps in so many ways. Something as simple as coordinating jersey's, or passing on important information to Coaches and families helps teams move smoother into the season and takes a lot of weight off of the coaching staff so they can focus on teaching the kids.

Here are a few other items that a team manager can help with:

• Organizing jerseys and collecting jersey deposit checks
• Managing Spordle (Confirming rosters, keeping information up to date)
• Assisting the coaching staff with team communication (I.e. events, practices, games, managing team snap, etc...)
• Supporting and coordinating volunteer opportunities for large events like wind up

The team manager role is a rewarding volunteer position where kids, parents, and coaching staff will appreciate all the work that you assist them with. If you are interested in supporting your team as the team manager, please let us know by emailing managers@vbha.com.
