Criminal Records Check (CRC)

Thank you for volunteering as a Team Manager for Valley Ball Hockey Association. All Team Managers are required to go through a Criminal Records Check (CRC) before volunteering for our organization. This is a simple process that can be done electronically and usually only takes 5-7 days to receive the confirmation it has been done.  ** Please note, there is no cost to do the CRC ***

To process your CRC, click on the following link and use the access code below. Once we receive your completed check, our Team Manager Coordinator will contact you and advise.

If you print out the one from the online system to complete, there are several other steps that must be done. Please do the following:
  • This form must be reviewed and signed off on by the President of VBHA. (You will need to provide proof of your identity)
  • Then email the form to crcsubmissions@gov.bc.ca
  • The form must be sent in a PDF format
  • And the subject line of the email must bet the name of the applicant and date of birth
  • As an alternate option, the form can be faxed to 250-953-0408
The completed CRC will be mailed back to Valley Ball Hockey in 3-4 weeks.
